File Transfer APK for Android

Send files, folders, media and text between nearby devices on your local network.

File Transfer helps move your own files, folders, photos, videos and copied text between compatible devices on the same local network. Select the items you want to send, choose a nearby receiver shown in the app, and review the incoming request on the receiving device before it is accepted. You can also prepare a device to receive items using the available receiving options. This gives you a direct way to share selected content without uploading it to a public file catalogue or choosing a third-party destination. Keep both devices available on a network where they can reach one another until the transfer finishes. The app is designed for files you control and devices you choose; the receiver may approve or decline each request. Connection behavior can vary with device and network settings, so the devices must be compatible and reachable for a transfer to work.
